Check in/Out: Guests can be checked in easily, to set their dialing restrictions the way you want, to clear any previous guests’ voicemail messages, and to activate call accounting for this guest. When the guest checks out, the phone is deactivated, and a bill of their calls is printed (if the Call Accounting Option is installed).
Per-Room Dialing Restrictions: PhoneSuite is able to block long-distance, local, and room-to-room call by extension. Prohibit or allow each type of call as you choose, for each guest.
