Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan

T & C Services, L. L. P. is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our Service Support line 1-800-839-3663, and request Esther Flores-Browns or Jim Wooten. Repair service consists of time and material charges. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST NOTE: We honor all manufacturer warranties and additionally guaranty all goods and services for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase. If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us at 1-800-839-3663 and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly.

Attention State Agencies and Co-Op Members:

This QISV shall not offer or sell the following telecommunications services directly to the state agencies. If this vendor attempts to sell or sells these services without the agency receiving a wavier from the Telecommunications Division of the GSC, it is the responsibility of the agency to contact the Central Procurement Division of GSC of the infraction. If a vendor is found to be in violation of this policy, action will be taken for, but not limited to, removal of their QISV status for a period defined by GSC.
